The Ashton Lodge is a family run bed and breakfast, with a mixture of en suite and standard rooms. All our rooms are large and airy, clean ,warm and comfortable.We have teacoffee making facilities and freeview TVs in all rooms. We are able to offer free WI-Fi to our guests, and a full English breakfast at flexible times as appropriate.The guest House is in a quiet residential area of Preston,yet within easy reach of the Town centre , University and Hospitals. We also have a large private car park.

from Preston Town Centre(bus and train stations)take the A5085towards Blackpool.After approximately 2 miles(past the St Andrews House Hotel on the right hand side)take the next left into Tulketh Rd.Then take the second left into Victoria Parade. The Ashton Lodge is the first House on the right. The private car park and visitors entrance are at the rear of the Hotel.
